Holy Week Opportunities
The week from Palm Sunday to Easter is known as Holy Week. It provides a framework for prayer and spiritual renewal. There are many activities and opportunities available for you this week. |
Services at St Agnes
Palm/Passion Sunday will be celebrated on April 13. This will feature a reading of the Passion according to Luke. April 17: Maundy Thursday will be celebrated with a liturgy in the church beginning at 4 PM. This will include the foot washing ceremony as well as the stripping of the altar. Please note the new, earlier time. April 18: The Good Friday liturgy will begin at 10 AM. This will feature a reading of the Passion according to John. Fr Michael Batten will preach. Hot cross buns and coffee will be served following the service. |
