Take some quiet time for yourself today to reflect on this season of Lent. The entire St. John's church is reserved for you to come and be still, meditate, walk the labyrinth, and more. Think of this Quiet Morning as a mini Silent Retreat. The Reverend Patrick Blaney will lead morning prayer. A contemplative meditation with the Anglican Rosary will also be offered.
For most of the morning, you are invited to stay silent and be one with the Holy Spirit. Meditative crafts, like colouring mandalas and beading Anglican rosaries, will be available and are often helpful for finding focus in the silence. Morning snacks, tea, coffee and water will be provided. Please do join us.
