Join Master Trainer Sheila Hamilton for a 5 week Program to improve your joint mobility, balance and strength through learning and practice.

Sheila will progress the class over the 5 weeks providing modifications if needed for all levels of fitness. Attend for the first time or keep the momentum and strength growing by attending again. Returning students are welcome and please note the program will change.

A homework program will be provided that you can work on at home.

Please bring an exercise mat, a small pillow or foam block, and a resistance band if you have one. 

5 weeks: Thursday 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Feb 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13

Cost: $125
