St Agnes is a neighbourhood church. We know ourselves as "a country church in the city" because of our warmth and hospitality.
St Agnes is an Anglican Church which means we are part of a Christian denomination with a local, national, and international identity. If you are curious about the Anglican tradition, you will find more information by clicking on here and here.
St Agnes is a welcoming church. We welcome visitors, seekers, and people looking for a safe community where spirituality is nurtured. We have a history of taking a stand for and with members of the LGBTQ/2S community. We have made a special effort to make our building accessible for people who use wheelchairs or walkers. Most people arrive in comfortable clothes, but we sometimes dress up for special occasions such as Christmas and Easter.
