Fitness with SheilaNext set of 5 Sessions starting February 13 Join Master Trainer Sheila Hamilton for a 5 week Program to improve your joint mobility, balance and strength through learning and practice. Sheila will progress the class over the 5 weeks providing modifications if needed for all levels of fitness. Attend for the first time or keep the momentum and strength growing by attending again. Returning students are welcome and please note the program will change. A homework program will be provided that you can work on at home. Please bring an exercise mat, a small pillow or foam block, and a resistance band if you have one. We have a wonderful all-purpose room perfectly suited for this class! 5 weeks: Thursday 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Feb 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13 Cost: $125 Call 604 987-0432 to register. Celebrating the Life of Marilyn SharplesMarylin was a well-loved member of the St Agnes church community. She came to us after Mount Olivet Lutheran Church closed, where she also had many friends. She died on December 2 at home surrounded by her loving family. The Celebration of Life is open to all. Annual Vestry MeetingAll members of Vestry are encouraged to attend our annual Vestry meeting. This is our formal business meeting when we give an account of our ministry during the past year, approve our budget for 2025, and elect new officers. If you attend Sunday services (in person, on live or recorded Zoom), make a financial contribution, or help out at various events or activities, then you are a member of Vestry. If you are interested in becoming a member of Parish Council, which is elected at Vestry, we would love to have you! Please speak with one of our Wardens, Philip Morris or Eric Bozman, or Fr Stephen. |
