A Seniors' Moment Lunch features great food, great company and a variety of guest speakers on the first and third Friday of most months.
This week's guest speaker is Liz Young with a presentation on genetics entitled "Mendel and his Garden Peas."
Your suggested minimum donation of $15 is appreciated. This covers our costs. The food is provided by Silver Harbour Seniors Centre, and delivered by volunteers from Vancouver Food Runners.
