Spring Tea on Coronation Day

It wasn't planned that way but our annual Spring Tea also happened to be on Coronation Day. While we enjoyed our English style tea with delicous scones with clotted cream, a replay of the Coronation of Kings Charles III played in the background.

Hanging baskets were sold for Mother's Day, and an impressive selection of handcover ($1) and paperback (50 cents) were offered. 

A steady stream of visitors came to enjoy the tea and peruse the books. The beautiful hanging baskets from Growing Smiles were sold out. Shannon Muir offered her beautiful hand made pottery for sale.
