A surprise guest from General Synod

Eight guests from General Synod joined us on July 14, including Archbishop Greg Kerr-Wilson, Archbishop of Rupert's Land.

Archbishop Greg is the Diocesan Bishop for Calgary and the Archbishop who oversees ten dioceses comprising the Arctic, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and parts of Ontario.

He grew up in North Vancouver and his mother still attends St Catherine's.

The Archbishop arrived with seven others who joined us for the 10:15 am service and stayed for a light lunch afterwards. Thanks to our drivers, Philip Morris and Jacob Muir. Thanks to our lunch coordinator, Jean Kyle, and thanks to the Rev Lizz Lindsay for the photo.
