Canadian champion fiddle player Mark Sullivan was an unexpected surprise guest at our annual Seniors' Moment Christmas Sing-a-long on December 21. Mark is a teacher at Collingwood School and was one of over a dozen Collingwood teachers who joined in the festivities. Mark played Christmas music accompanied by Ginger Shaw on piano. The Collingwood teachers came to find out what their grade 5 students do when they join us from time to time.
It was a full house with nearly 60 people in attendance. A delicious roast beef dinner was prepared by Sharing Abundance's chef, Bette Geddes. She was assisted by our deacon, the Rev. Lizz Lindsay. A festive sing-a-long was supported by an impromptu choir of Collingwood teachers.
