Joint Mobility, Core and Balance Class
Join Master Trainer Sheila Hamilton for another 5 week Program to improve your joint mobility, core strength and balance.
Sheila will progress the class over the 5 weeks providing modifications if needed for all levels of fitness.
A homework program will be provided that you can work on at home.
Please bring an exercise mat and a small pillow or foam block.
Long resistance bands will be for purchase at $15.00
