Join Master Trainer Sheila Hamilton for a 5-week program beginning January 9th to improve your joint mobility, balance and strength through learning and practice.

Sheila will progress the class over 5 weeks, providing modifications for all levels of fitness. Seniors (55+) are most welcome!

A homework program will be provided with links to videos and other helpful materials.

Please bring an exercise mat, a small pillow or foam block, and a resistance band if you have one. 

Long resistance bands will be for purchase at $15.00.

Cost is $125: Cheques can be made out to St Agnes Anglican Church, 530 East 12th Street North Vancouver V7L 2K4. In the memo line note: Fitness Class. Cash is also acceptable.
